Thursday, January 28, 2010 DOVER - With Lyme disease on the rise in New Hampshire, especially in local communities, a Wakefield lawmaker has joined the effort to protect doctors who provide patients stricken by the disease with long-term treatment.

Two bills of which I am the lead sponsor, and which are of significant interest to many York County residents, are set for public hearings.

In my practice I see Lyme patients from all over, especially those with persistent illness.
