Embracing and Encouraging People with Lyme Disease

According to Gerrardstown resident Susan Wetzel, lyme disease can be a very lonely and misunderstood disease. Many times people with lyme disease can look healthy, but are really seriously ill.

Wetzel and her family, most of whom have lyme disease, started the Panhandle Lyme Disease Support Group to provide a place of understanding for people with lyme disease to go. (more…)
